General Notes

  • Carbon steel, stainless steel, or other materials can be used in production up to Ø5000 mm diameter and 35mm raw material thickness.
  • Joggled heads dia <=2400 mm and raw material thickness <= 12 mm can be produced.
  • Metal forming process has been approved according to AD 2000 W0/HP0 (Directive 2014/68/EU Annex I, Chapter 4.3 and 3.1).
  • Ultrasonic thickness measurement is performed internally by our personnel
  • The following inspections can be performed and related test certificates can be obtained from a subcontractor certified laboratory. Dye-penetrant tests can be performed within our firm by our own certified staff.
